Business Writing: What You Write is a Direct Reflection on You and Your Company

One of the true <p> lamentations of management today is that employees can not comment on the written word. Owners and shareholders have the same complaints about the management. Today the age of paperless office to the importance of the written word is especially becoming more like direct contact with live voice is increasingly problematic. <br /> <br />
If you want to communicate, you must write. The written word, or digital or etched in stone, remains the primary means of transmitting data, information, thoughts and ideas. <br /> <br />

Who wants to consider a business proposal that is clumsy and full of errors? What impression has a homepage with misspellings project? Good business writing is not just a nice collar - it's a necessity. <br /> <br />
Any text written by your company is a reflection on your business. Misspellings, poor grammar, syntax and logic weak difficult project a negative image. For you people who can write their own writing style is fine as long as it is right and good business taste. You do not speak military, but this is not the time to wax poetic and too verbose. <br /> <br />

Look in the mirror when you come to apologize for bad writing. Excuses such as lack of formal education do not count in the market. Some with little or no education, have excellent writing skills, while many university graduates can not correctly write a simple sentence. <br /> <br />
If you write badly, your post will be muted and not achieve what you intend to do it. Good writing is a challenge and not something that one can fudge or delay. <br /> <br />
If you can not do, hire someone who can. Always remember that better or worse for you and your business are what you write. </ P>
